Baby Comfy Nose

If you’ve ever used a bulb or battery-type aspirator to clear the mucus out of your little one’s nose, you’ve probably said to yourself: “There has to be a better way!” Well, we just found a better way and it’s called the BabyComfyNose Nasal Aspirator. Here’s the amazing part (or gross part – depending on your perspective) it uses your own suction. And that’s why it’s superior to standard aspirators. Think about it: your own lungs are a really strong and natural vacuum cleaner – much more powerful than a tiny bulb or battery-powered motor. And the result is just a more effective method of clearing your baby’s sinuses.
But have no fear; you won’t suck boogies into your mouth because of the design of the receptacle and the tissue filter that you insert into the body of the aspirator.
This is why pediatricians are recommending BabyComfyNose to moms and dads. Recently, Dr. Sears of The Doctors TV Show recommended the BabyComfyNose as the best way to clear babies’ noses. Take a look at the video ‘How to Use the BabyComfyNose’ here www.babycomfynose.com to see how well it works. The folks at BabyComfyNose are also offering a 20%-off coupon. Details here http://www.babycomfynose.com/usfamilyguide.

* Known as innovators of the game, the Harlem Globetrotters are doing something unparalleled in the history of sports. Our 2013 “You Write the Rules” World Tour takes kid participation and fun to a whole new level, as for the first time EVER, they get to decide rules for our actual game. This could be anything from playing with two basketballs at once to getting double the points for each made basket. Just take your kids online to harlemglobetrotters.com to vote for their favorite, craziest rule. Get your tickets to the game. And then at the show, we will reveal which rules won the voting and put them into the game that night.

* Celebrating over eight decades of fun, the Globetrotters’ 2013 “You Write the Rules” World Tour is the team’s 87th consecutive season of touring the world. We have played in 120 countries and territories, on six continents, for more than 136 million fans.

* This year’s Globetrotters roster features stars Special K Daley, Big Easy Lofton, Flight Time Lang, and Dizzy Grant, along with the world’s tallest pro basketball player, (7-foot-8 Tiny Sturgess), the shortest Globetrotter ever, (5-foot-2 Too Tall Hall), and female players TNT Maddox, T-Time Brawner, and Mighty Mitchell.

* Nobody puts fans first like the Globetrotters. Families, and especially kids, are at the heart of EVERYTHING we do. Every trick, every joke, every play is driven by our promise to amaze and entertain every family who comes to watch us live.

* Every Globetrotters game features the four-point shot, which could forever revolutionize the game of basketball. The shot is 35 feet from the basket, nearly 12 feet beyond the NBA’s three-point arc.

* The Globetrotters are embarking on a season-long alliance to promote breast cancer awareness, playing portions of games with specially-designed pink Spalding basketballs to help the cause. The chance a woman will get invasive breast cancer in her life is around 1 in 8. Breast cancer is the second most common cancer among women, and the second leading cause of cancer death in women.

* After nearly every game, the Globetrotters sign autographs for a minimum of 15 minutes, with the goal for each fan to get at least one player’s autograph.

* The North American leg of the 2013 World Tour tipped off with the Globetrotters’ first ever game in Brooklyn on Oct. 7, 2012, at it will recommence on December 26, 2012, and run through April 2013. The team will play over 270 games in nearly 240 cities in 45 states and nine Canadian provinces.

* Our new, robust web site, harlemglobetrotters.com, includes player profiles, the tour schedule and ticket information, vintage and contemporary Globetrotter video, games, features and stories. You can also check out our Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter pages, all of which can be accessed through our interactive fan page, Globetrotter Nation.

* The Globetrotters’ corporate sponsors include Howard Johnson Hotels, Greyhound Lines, Spalding, and Russell Athletic.

Spring Cleaning Challenge 2013

While laying in bed one night and thinking about an organizing project (or two) that I had been putting off for way too long.....I had the revelation that I was probably not the only one who tends to procastinate on projects! And I thought, "Wouldn't it be nice if we all had some type of motivation to get a jump start on spring cleaning?" Enter the Pgh Momtourage Spring Cleaning Challenge 2013!! Since we have sponsors that are nation-wide, you don't have to live in the Pittsburgh area to enter, anyone across the country can win! (The Melting Pot is a local prize and keep in mind for some of the online prizes that shipping could be more expensive in Hawaii, Alaska or outside the United States.)
Here’s the challenge:
·         Re-organize a place in your home
·         Take before & after pics
·         Post on contest wall
·         Be entered for awesome prizes!

The contest pics and entries will all be done through our facebook contest page here.
Whether you are doing a small project or a complete over-haul, you have the chance to win! We will have 2 separate categories so those organizing a junk drawer won’t be up against someone clearing their garage!
Your project will be entered in one of two categories:
·         It's the little things that matter
·         Does this space make my house look big
Feeling extra ambitious? You can enter more than one project! Rules: the projects must be in completely separate rooms in your home (i.e. a child’s bedroom & an office, ect….), you can only win one time.

Amazing prizes include: $100 gift card to The Melting Pot (Station Square location), $50 gift card to thredUP, $50 gift card to Lot26 Studio, box of $50 worth of products from Pick Your Plum, and $25 gift card from Bedeckle!

Want a super EASY way to be entered to win? (No re-organizing required!) Share this contest! Every time you share this contest either through your facebook page, twitter, Pinterest or blog, post a comment below on the contest page, you will be entered to win a $25 gift card from Bedeckle!  You can do this up to FIVE times!! (Please spread out your postings so as not to drive everyone crazy). J
Rules for posting pictures:
  • Post a before/after pic in one picture. (Some tips to do that are below)
  • Label “before” & “after” as well as what space it is (i.e. closet, bedroom, basement, ect….)
  • Use either a 2 or 4 picture square collage (no more)
  • Post what city you live in
{If you have never created a picture collage before, I suggest http://www.picmonkey.com/. First create a collage of either 2 or 4 square pics. Then save to your desktop, go back into the regular editor (you’ll have to back out of collage) and use the “add text” tool to label “before”, “after”, and what space it is.}

Contest ends at Midnight on March 31st! All entries must be posted to page by that time.  Local educator and mother of 4, Mrs. Laura Miller, will be our guest judge and join me in reviewing  all your entries.  Winners will be chosen and prizes will be awarded by Sunday, April 7th, 2013.

But remember, everyone is a winner!
Here is our mantra:
“I really regret getting that space totally organized.  -said no one EVER!!”
